Pavilion on X.

Start with the category, keep the image short and put the useful detail in the post text.

Sizes and limits.

X recommends 400 × 400 for an avatar; it is not a documented minimum. The kit protects 60 px at the top and bottom of a header, stricter than the original 40 px composition margin. Do not place essential detail there.

Set up the profile.

Use Pavilion as the display name. Keep the category, development status and product site easy to find.

A stone pavilion with two seated figures, a distant bridge and a lighthouse above a quiet bay. In daylight.Pavilion avatar in a circle

Pavilion

Building the browser wallet and ZK bridge for Pearl. In development.

Use the confirmed account handle and product website. Do not invent a handle or imply Pavilion is Pearl Research Labs.

Pin the introduction

Explain what Pavilion is building. Name Wallet and Bridge, link the product sites, and keep the current development status in the post. Replace the pin when that status changes.

Keep the header simple

Use one of the art headers without type. The avatar already carries the mark. Test the crop on web and phone after uploading.

The template gallery.

Choose a template and canvas, download a finished example, or open the same composition in Studio.

Finished template exports appear here when they are ready. Studio uses the same family of layouts.

Match the post to the job.

Choose a template that leaves enough room for the information. A status update should be readable before it is recognisable as art.

Keep image text short.

Use about 20 words at most. Repeat the key fact in the post so the image is never the only explanation.

Keep the dither crisp.

PNG is the source format. An upload can still be processed into different display variants.

Use indexed PNG for art with exactly the seven ramp colours. Preserve the palette and use nearest neighbour at the target size. For a full template, retain clean antialiasing on type and the mark; use indexed PNG only when the whole image can be indexed without changing any colours.

Keep each static image under 5 MB. Start at the supplied canvas size and upload through the web composer. Inspect the published image at feed size and expanded size on a phone and a computer.

The current developer docs accept PNG but do not promise that X will preserve that file format. They do not publish a reliable PNG to JPEG threshold. A 256 colour palette or a small file is not a guarantee against recompression.

Link cards.

Use the kit’s 1200 × 630 OG file. Keep the headline, lockup and key content inside y 15 to 615.

1200 × 630, with a safe central 1200 × 600 field.

Set twitter:card to summary_large_image, provide an absolute image URL and a useful twitter:image:alt. Put the page title and description in the page metadata.

The official legacy Cards URL redirects to the new documentation overview. The 2:1 size advice is a compatibility convention supported by the two October 2026 guides, not a newly verified current Cards endpoint specification. Preview the actual link before a campaign.

Video and GIF.

Art moves in steps. Interfaces use their own easing. Keep the export readable without sound.

Video masters

Use 1920 × 1080 for landscape, 1080 × 1350 for portrait or 1080 × 1920 for vertical. Keep a 720p fallback when the account or upload route requires it. H.264 and AAC LC are the delivery codecs.

These are Pavilion master sizes. X’s current developer page recommends 720p or subscriber 1080p but also retains an older 1280 × 1024 advanced limit. Check the destination account’s upload result.

Short loops

Use the supplied loop and poster. The art advances at 12 fps. Use MP4 for a smaller file; GIF remains useful where the channel supports it. Keep GIF exports under 15 MB, with a 5 MB mobile target.

Do not schedule filler to fill a gap. Use a real feature, explanation or verified update. A reply can be plain text when an image adds nothing.

What never goes out.

Keep the product and the people using it safe.

Metrics and charts.

Use a source, a reporting period and explicit units. Sample figures stay labelled until you replace them with verified data.

Presets cover fundraising, total value locked, Wrapped PEARL supply, bridged PEARL, USD volume and completed transfers. TVL is a snapshot. Volume measures activity during the stated period; it does not measure assets currently held.
